Tanglewood Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 is made from the most reliable candidate ingredient for a truly great wine than any other single varietal, the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown in the vineyard of Tanglewood, in South West Australian town of Bridgetown.
The Cabernet fruit produces a deeply coloured wine with rich berry and chocolate flavours. The weather conditions in Vintage 2004 produced excellent Cabernet fruit with deep colour intensity and tannin ripeness. Warm weather towards the end of the growing season resulted in quick and early fruit ripening.
